Please be mindful that due to having to implement these guidelines in the workplace there may be some delays in fulfilling the orders for dispatch.
After careful consideration based on feedback we've recieved on customs and duty charges, we've taken the decision to withdraw our shipping option for DPD to the EU. We now have in place duties paid express shipping via DHL. This shipping method means that all customers in the 27 EU countries will no longer need to pay the duties and taxes fees on their orders that were caused because of Brexit. We now cover all those costs within the shipping.
We understand that the cost is slightly higher, however our EU customers have been experiencing additional charges ranging from 25-200 euro. Our new service means all customers living in the EU will no longer have to be out of pocket to get their hands on our products.
This service also aims to get all shipments upon us fulfilling the order to you within 1-2 working days which is considerably faster than the old standard shipping option.
We offer express shipping for all international orders. The delivery time with this service is much greater than standard international. All the average shipping times upon your order being fulfilled can be seen in the table below.

DHL Express gives the customer the option of using DHL on-demand delivery service. This offers the following options to the customer.
- Deliver my package on Another Day: Scheduled delivery
- Deliver my package to Another Address: Alternate Delivery to work or family.
- Deliver my Package at a Safe Place: Authorise Shipment Release.
- Deliver my package with Neighbour: Leave with neighbour, reception or guard.
- Deliver my package at a DHL Service Point:Hold for Collection.
- Request my Hold My Package: Vacation hold safekeeping up to 30 days.
If you choose express delivery option, you will receive a notification from DHL Express on-demand delivery.
This service will provide you with email/SMS updates about your shipments progress and estimated delivery date/time.
This service means that if the shipment doesn't fit your schedule you can choose the time and place of delivery, resulting in maximum flexibility and control over your shipment.
DHL Global Mail
For 2021 we have transitioned from using Royal Mail standard international service to DHL Global Mail service. This now means that we can offer shipping to an ever greater number of countries that wasn't possible before. All customers that use this service get full tracking from start to finish. The delivery time is also greatly reduced compared to the previous service.
For all UK orders our chosen courier is DPD who offer a next working day (doesn't include weekend delivery) for every customer. On the delivery day you will receive an email/SMS from dpd informing you of your expected delivery time with an hour timeslot.
We also use DPD for standard Europe shipping this can take maximum of 5 weeks.
(Please note - orders being shipped to the EU could be subject to custom and tax charges due to Brexit)
UK - Once your order been processed, it can take up to 1-5 working days for delivery.
International - Once your order has been processed, it can take up to 2 weeks for international delivery however majority of countries will receive your order within 3 days after the courier has collected it.
All orders placed after 11:00am GMT will begin processing the next day.
Due to our pieces being custom made and created in house, the numbers in production can vary week-to-week there may also be a slight delay to fulfilling your order. This is due to us being a small independent business so we are unable to store high quantities of stock of all our products and a lot of them are custom made to each order.
If the scenario happens that we don't have the item you have ordered on the shelves at our HQ we will get producing the garment straight away however this can take up to 3 weeks maximum to finish production. We aim to have all new products completed within a week however supplier issues and other obstacles can cause further delays sometimes
Our system also consists of security checks so on occasions we may contact you via email if we need any additional information to complete the security checks.
Pre Orders - All orders that include a pre ordered item will all leave at the same time. We do this to prevent any issues with the delivery and loss of any products.
Postal Boxes & Military Bases
We no longer offer delivery to either P.O. boxes or military bases. This is due to our shipping service being a signature based service which results in the couriers not being able to fulfil the orders if addressed to either of the above.
Invalid Address/Unable to Deliver
If your order does end up being returned to us due to an unforeseen (e.g. invalid shipping address or unable to deliver item) we will email you to notify you and find a solution. We will hold the parcel for 10 days. If we have not heard back from you within those 10 days we will have to restock your items due to not being able to keep hold of orders for a long period of time.
